  • What insurance services do you offer?

We offer Medicare, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Travel Insurance, Annuities, and other supplemental insurance solutions.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule a free consultation by completing our online contact form. A representative will contact you to confirm your appointment.

  • Where do consultations take place?

Consultations will be conducted by phone. Our team will coordinate it with you.

  • Do you represent multiple insurance companies?

Yes. We are an independent, licensed insurance brokerage representing multiple insurance carriers, allowing us to compare plans that fit your needs.

  • How do you help me choose the right plan?

Our licensed insurance advisors take the time to understand your needs, budget, and coverage preferences before recommending suitable options.

  • Can I change my current insurance plan?

Depending on the type of insurance and your eligibility, you may be able to change your coverage. Our advisors can review your current plan and explain your available options.

  • Do I have to enroll after my consultation?

No. Your consultation is completely free and there is no obligation to enroll in a plan.

  • When should I sign up for Medicare?

Your Initial Enrollment Period usually starts three months before you turn 65, includes your birthday month, and ends three months after. Some people are enrolled automatically, while others may need to sign up manually through Social Security.

  • What is the difference between Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage?

Original Medicare includes Parts A and B. Medicare Advantage, also called Part C, is offered through private insurance carriers and may include extra benefits such as prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, hearing, and wellness programs.

  • What does a Medicare Supplement plan help cover?

Medicare Supplement, or Medigap, works alongside Original Medicare Parts A and B. It can help pay out-of-pocket costs such as copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles. These plans generally do not include dental, vision, hearing, or prescription drug coverage.

  • Do I need Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage?

Part D is optional, but it can be valuable if you take medications. Original Medicare does not cover most self-administered prescription drugs, and waiting too long to enroll may lead to a late-enrollment penalty unless you have creditable coverage.

  • Does Healthcare American charge for consultations?

No. Healthcare American offers free, no-obligation consultations, advice, and quotes. Their licensed insurance agents help compare options based on your needs and budget.

  • Can Healthcare American help with life insurance?

Yes. Healthcare American works as a life insurance broker and helps customers compare coverage options for their individual situation, including policies designed to protect loved ones and help with final expenses.

  • What are annuities used for?

Annuities can be structured to support retirement income, tax-deferred growth, principal protection, and long-term financial planning. Healthcare American helps customers understand how annuity products may fit their retirement goals.

  • Can you help with dental and vision insurance?

Yes. Healthcare American offers guidance on supplemental coverage such as dental and vision insurance. Dental plans may include preventive care, basic procedures, major services, benefit limits, and waiting periods depending on the carrier and plan.
